The apartment is practically in the very city centre - just on the other side of the park from the main street and some 50m from the hotel Tonanti. The host was very helpful, even giving some tips on our way to Vrnjacka Banja on which routes to use. The apartment was brand new and super clean. The internet was good.
Soundproofing could be better.
