Great location, basic but clean and comfortable, overall good value.
The service at breakfast was not good at all, however it’s a small thing, overall I was happy with my stay, good value for staying in such a central location and it’s nice that some breakfast is included.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Il Vicoletto. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Piazza del Comune and very central to all the main sights in Assisi. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options including yogurts, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, and delicious pastries.
The only downside was that the shower head is fixed, which made showering a little less convenient, but it’s a minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience.

Close to the centre of Assisi. Breakfast was good.
Just because a room fits bedding for 4 people, does not make it a family room. The room was so small, we needed to take turns to move. OK for a bed for a night.
The room was very hot, and there did not appear to be any way to control the heat. One of the beds was right next to the radiator, which was very hot. Windows were not sound proof, so you could hear anyone talking in the laneway below.
Shower was very small, and shower head was very large. Mixer tap on the wall of the shower was easily bumped when you tried to move, which would turn the water off or make it cold.
