Lovely traditional cabin by a lake in a farm. Well equipped and comfortable, but very quiet- it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but you’ve got electricity, aircon and good WiFi if you need it . Lots of wildlife- birds, squirrels and , yes , crocodiles (who are no threat); plus- mountain nature trail on site .
Hard to find on arrival- you need a taxi driver who knows the place, or if driving you should arrive via Pilgrims Valley Road on the edge of Esperanza. It’s too far to walk to San Ignacio, you need a car , a taxi or use a local bus on the main road (15 minutes walk away) .
