Premium Apartments Koblenz

Super Lage und das Personal absolut zuvorkommend und nett. Nach Anfrage ob wir das Zimmer früher beziehen könnten ( da wir auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen waren), gar kein Problem. Frühstück problemlos im Hotel nebenan was zu den Apartments gehört.

Nichts auszusetzen

Der PIN wurde viel zu spät versendet; dann war er falsch und ich musste 2mal zur Hotelrezeption, um in das Apartment zu gelangen. Der Duschkopf war defekt und im Schrank stand verschmutztes Geschirr. Ich fand es sehr hellhörig duch die anderen Apartments

Alles war super und schön ausgerichtet.

Die Bettwäsche, waren etwas mit haare und die Bettwäsche haben etwas nach Weichspüler gerochen & etwas zu kurz.

It’s relatively clean and easy to find.

Check in instructions shows to key in a code but the keypad is nowhere to be found near front entrance. We had to call the staff who came to show us which the keypad was not shown under the sun, only a white box. We also asked to relocate our room to lower floor because we have heavy luggage that we can’t lift up through stairs. The reply we got was not possible because it’s full. However, during our stay of two days, many of lower floor units were empty. We don’t understand the reason behind the refusal.
