About this house rental
This is a lovely two bedroom house located directly across the street from the College of Idaho. It is 4 minutes, 1.4 miles, from West Valley Medical Center. Just a quick, one-block-walk to Caldwell night Rodeo grounds, two blocks from College of Idaho Football Games at Albertsons Stadium. Walk across the street on to C of I campus to watch volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball games, or visit Langroise Hall for choir, opera, and orchestra concerts. Lively downtown is just over 1 mile.
The space
Two bedroom private house accessed by front door. This cute historic home has a full bathroom, living room with fireplace (not usable), dining room, and kitchen. Big picture window gives you a lovely view of the beautiful College of Idaho campus directly across the street. Kitchen window views the beautiful new library. This home is an upstairs unit and there may or may not be guests in a downstairs unit. It has its own private entrance.
Guest access
Guests have shared yard with downstairs unit, but it is fully fenced and offers covered patio, grass, and lots of room for pregame grilling and yard games! Back yard is accessed by the side gate. This property can be booked with the downstairs 3 bedroom apartment (if available) and used as one big house if needing a larger space. There is a first come, first served parking space immediately behind the garage accessed by the alley. Also, there is ample street parking immediately in front of the house. Cleveland is a busy street, so please exercise caution.
Additional rules
Please load any dishes into the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Leave dirty towels in the bathtub, and sheets on the floor in the bedrooms you use.

Cute little house right across the street from College of Idaho. Very clean and bright. Had a great stay. Couldn’t find the washer/dryer though. Overall neat little place.

This spot was PERFECT for an event for my teenager at the college across the street. It was cozy and had everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and nice. Also the kitchen and dining area were great! If we’d had more time, the back patio is awesome for a barbecue or to sit and enjoy a drink. Hosts were very pleasant. I suggest you check the day before to make sure you have the access code for the door, since we did run up against a bit of a challenge there upon arrival - but we got it sorted and I would highly recommended the Yote House.
