About this house rental
A clean, comfortable, minimalistic home. This 2-story house is ideally situated in Santa Cruz's "Pleasure Point" neighborhood, featuring a world-renowned surf break next to a walking path overlooking the ocean. Play, surf, swim, relax, fish or roast marshmallows over a beach bonfire, just 3 blocks away. Located at the end of a quiet street next to a Eucalyptus grove where you can often see Monarch butterflies. Easy access to several delicious coffee shops, restaurants, and surf shops nearby.
Our favorite features are the sounds of nature including the surf break on big swell days. You don't have to cross any major roads to get to the beach and there's a great sandy beach for regular beach activities, as well as a walking path and incredible surfing opportunities.
If you love coffee, there are several craft coffee shops walking distance as well!
