Beautiful family house, ideally located, in a quiet area, 1.3 km from the beach of Men-Du, accessible by path and halfway between Carnac and La Trinité sur Mer, whose services and shops are 2 km away.
Bright house, in a former salt loft. Charming stone construction on a plot of 720 m². Pleasant and welcoming living room, 4 bedrooms with comfortable dimensions, 2 shower rooms.

- Entrance to fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, food processor, refrigerator-freezer), table with benches.
- Living room with television, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa bed, coffee table, armchair, pouffe, chest of drawers - dining area with table for 10 people, 2 benches and 2 chairs.
- Bedroom with bed 180 (2 twin beds 90 x 200), large closet, 2 armchairs, desk.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, double sink, washing machine.
