Having been to Val Cenis a multitude of times the location of this place is brilliant for any avid skier. Enabled my family and I to ski all day and pop back for lunch and to pickup/drop off members of my family soo easily. It’s a great place for the location and well equipped.

The location of the apartment was amazing with a wonderful view and ski in ski out.
The communication with the property manager was poor though and at the end of our stay they were downright rude.
We were told by them when we arrived, we needed to clean the property when we left. We took this to mean leave it in a neat state and strip bedding etc but on departure, they insisted on taking my husband round the flat and telling him things were dirty that we hadn't even used. They made him clean the toilet, they were very rude and in the end after half an hour, he just left.
There was also internet problems for the whole stay and we weren't able to use our firestick with the TV which is a problem with teenagers. I contacted the property owner about this but he did not fix the problem and when I contacted him again he ignored me.
The apartment was very small (the photos are deceptive) and a bit run down but it is cosy and the location makes up for this. Overall, too small for a family of 4 but the location makes up for this and I would have left happy if it wasn't for the awful treatment from the property managers.
