This property is an older home, but in good order, clean and very convenient to our event on campus at MTSU. It's located on a corner, shady, grassy lot and was perfect for us.

This was the perfect location and set up for our family during our son’s graduation. We were able to stay under one roof and socialize together as opposed to hanging out in cramped hotel rooms. Grandparents, parents and kids together. The pool table was big hit!
It is an old house so if you want new construction with bells and whistles, this is not it. If you want luxury hotel linens, this is not it. If you want an affordable place where everyone can gather and avoid campus traffic, this is your place. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. I do not regret picking this over a hotel for graduation weekend.
