What makes Praa Sands such a sought-after destination for holidays on the Cornish coast? We can think of many. For a beach holiday few compare, as a stunning mile long stretch of sparkling white sand backed by sheltering dunes is simply perfect for sunbathing, sandcastle building and strolls. If you’re a board rider you’ll be treated to excellent surf when conditions are favourable, and a shimmering flat bay in still weather means you can kayak or paddle-board to your heart’s content.
If you’re looking for a luxury holiday retreat where you’ll be able to enjoy all that this stunning location has to offer, Blue Yonder is just the place. Its lofty position means an incredible vantage over the bay, so whether you’re relaxing in the lounge, barbecuing on the deck, or enjoying breakfast in bed, you’ll have unsurpassed sea views to accompany you. Set over two floors and with fantastic outside spaces, this property is amply equipped for hosting six guests. Two of its three bedrooms are en-suite with access to the decked terrace, while the third bedroom lies adjacent to a separate family shower room. The fabulous living / dining area is open plan to the kitchen, and with glass doors leading out to the front balcony as well as large windows to the side, you can cook, eat and kick back with wide sky and sea views constantly on display.
Outside on the lower terrace, a bubbling hot tub, rattan sun-loungers, armchairs and lounge suite invite you to relax together in the sunshine, and when you return from your day at the beach the designated cook can fire up the barbecue while you savour a glass of bubbly from your favourite perch to watch the sun set over the bay.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

The best Christmas holiday ever the house was perfect location was perfect!! Everything we needed was supplied the wood burner and hot tub are nice touches it was so nice it was hard to leave.

A gorgeous property with terrific sea views providing homely comforts during a week of often wet and wild and stormy weather in late October. Brilliant idea to have a hot tub on the balcony as fabulous in all weathers. Great walks from the front door a few minutes from the beach and the south west coastal path. Plenty of fabulous places to visit within 30 to 60 minutes and a 10 minute walk to the local pub The Welloe. Simple fare and friendly staff so definitely worth a look and great for a drink after a long stroll. Lovely log burner lit on colder days. Blue Yonder is highly recommended and we would definitely return if returning to beautiful Cornwall. Loved the welcome pack. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home.

Blue Yonder is the most beautiful property. Ticked every box on our wish list. It's decorated beautifully, very comfortable with everything we needed. The outside area is amazing. Sitting outside on the verandas looking out at the beach and sea was my personal favourite thing. After a difficult year for us this was the perfect antidote. Cannot recommend this property enough. Absolutely loved our holiday there.
Only a couple of points. Just a couple of small cleaning issues. Ie a few well established cobwebs and a couple window sills missed but other than that the place was spotless. The property is high up and although the beach, bars and cafes are not far it would be very difficult for anyone with health or mobility issues to walk down/up.
