About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Get away in your own space and feel close to nature, while staying close to all of the amenities Coeur d'Alene has to offer.
This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is a great spot for those looking to be just a few minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene, Lake Coeur d'Alene and public beaches, and the Spokane River. Easy access to Silverwood Theme Park and a quick drive to Spokane.
We offer 3 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The upstairs level has the primary bedroom which has an attached bathroom featuring an oversized shower with 2 showerheads, a towel warmer, and a sliding door that provides direct and easy access to the 6 person hot tub located on the back patio immediately out the back door.
The hot tub features a lounger seat and 5 other seating locations, each with a different jet pattern. You'll love soaking in the warmth and the garden setting no matter what time of day or night!
The kitchen, dining area, and upstairs living area are open concept, making it easy for everyone to be together during meal prep and meal time. There is a large french door refrigerator with a freezer located underneath. Pots, pans, dishes, and some basic spices are supplied to meet your most essential cooking needs.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with a queen sized bed. One bedroom offers direct access to the full bathroom located downstairs.
The downstairs living area is sure to be a favorite, with a 65" TV, comfy seating, and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy.
Please note that none of the couches are sleeper sofas. We do have a chair downstairs that converts into a twin-sized bed. Please let us know if you’d like to use it as a bed and we’ll set it up for you.
**The property is a two level home with stairs connecting from the ground level bedrooms to the upstairs where the kitchen and primary bedroom is located. Due to the nature of the property and the home's design, there is not convenient access to those with disabilities - our apologies.**
You will have sole access to the house, the backyard, hot tub, and parking on the driveway out front. Only the garage is not available for guests’ use.
We live nearby and are available if anything comes up.
Really close to town, yet you feel away from the hustle. The house sits in a secluded neighborhood up the hill from the Blackwell Island Recreation Site. Less than 3 miles away from downtown Coeur d'Alene, Riverstone, Midtown, and the city parks and beaches.
The neighborhood is small with not a lot of traffic. The house has ample dedicated parking in the driveway. Additional parking is on the street if needed.

The house was clean, updated with nice decor. We loved the back yard space and the hot tub was a wonderful welcome after a day of site seeing. The beds we super comfy and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We definitely would rent this place again!

We rented this home for 10 days for a relatively last minute family vacation. We are from Chicago and knew nothing about the area other than it used to host an Ironman, looked beautiful in pictures, and we wanted to try someplace with outdoor activities that was new to all of us. The home and location were perfect! The home is an easy and really pretty 5-10 minute drive from just about anywhere around town. While away from the business of downtown the neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. The home and neighborhood have amazing glimpses of the Spokane River and surrounding mountains as it's up a ways on the hillside. The pictures undersell the beauty of the backyard which is very private, quiet, and offers plenty of seating options. We loved the rocking swing, hammock and especially the hot tub which was very nice and in excellent condition. The home was incredibly well equipped with anything we needed throughout our stay from extra batteries for the Roku to extra rolls of paper towels or ziplock bags. We easily cooked several meals in the kitchen and didn't find any necessities lacking. The kitchen is not as updated as other areas of the home but in very good condition and very clean. The master bathroom was fantastic, nicely updated, the shower was amazing. All of the beds in the home were very comfortable. The homeowners were very easy to communicate with and I would definitely recommend this rental to any family looking to visit the area.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The location was perfect! 5 minutes to downtown. Very clean! The beds were really comfortable. The master shower was like a spa. Can’t say enough about the beautiful, relaxing backyard! The seating under the trees was such a treat for our family that doesn’t get to enjoy the pines where we live. The jacuzzi was very clean and enjoyable as well and the hosts were very communicative and gave lots of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay there again! 😊
