Our family had an amazing time on our mini vacation. We were able to disconnect from the city and enjoy the beautiful property and nearby lakes. The kids really enjoyed the backyard play set and game room. All adults felt like there was plenty of space and really enjoyed the backyard setup (grill, fire table, hot tub.) The only real issues was the cleanliness of the space (dusty windowsills, mouse droppings in a cupboard, crusty kitchen appliances, leftover streamers nailed to backyard house-arch). Highly recommend giving kitchen items a quick wash before using. We also noticed the board-game cabinet was in quite disarray - game pieces were kind of just thrown within the cabinet. We had a few other hiccups with dead batteries in all 3 downstair remotes and the washing machine drain pipe backed up and flooded under the washer. The batteries and washer could have just been dumb luck - but unfortunate nonetheless. Place has potential to be amazing with a little more care and attention between reservations. The rental company was quick to acknowledge my texts about the issues that came up, but offered no remediation during or after our stay.
