We do recommend car-share apps (Uber, Lyft, etc) or public transportation. Avondale, Logan Square, and Wicker park are minutes away and full of restaurants, bars, art, and anything else you can imagine so getting from place to place is not too difficult, but parking is.

Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

The place was exactly the kind that we needed and not too pricey. It was also really nice getting to play all the games that are available in the room. Like Pac-Man, Darts, and Connect 4. I would really recommend staying here it was great.

Note that there are lots of stairs. If you have difficulty with them, this may not be your place.
The location is convenient. We did not have a car but there appeared to be street parking. (Unsure if a permit is required)
The bed was comfortable and the unit served our purposes. The tv has the apps that will keep you entertained and the kitchen has the basics.
I would recommend a coffee maker or press pot and restricting the other tenants from running the laundry after 10pm.

Nice location, and the parking pass is a great benefit. But I would not recommend during summer. It is a 3rd floor apartment, and the only A/C is a window unit in the bedroom. It does not cool the living space at all. Also, we had problems with the TV, so I messaged the host, and it took almost 24 hours to get a response. By the time they responded, we no longer had use for the tv.
