About this house rental
Recently renovated 3 bedroom and two bathroom stone house with private garden, pool and wonderful covered terrace and outdoor kitchen. Set in the rural village of Rogovici.
The entrance hall leads onto a downstairs wet room with shower, WC, bidet, basin and washing machine. The bespoke kitchen dining area is light and large, with doors opening onto covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is a built in wood burning stove for use in the winter months, and a dual purpose air conditioning unit.
The living room is light and airy. Double doors lead out to the terrace and overlooking the pool. A door leads to the good sized downstairs double bed room. Stairs lead up to the second floor where there is another wet room, a large double bed room and a large twin room.
Externally there is a walled and gated garden with private parking for 2 cars. Additional parking is available on request. The covered terraces overlook the garden and pool, and incorporate an external kitchen area perfect for barbeques and al fresco dining.

The experience of renting this villa was excellent from start to finish. From originally booking in Dec 19, the owners proactive communication from March due to the ever changing Covid situation was greatly appreciated. Then the communication up to booking was excellent. The villa on arrival was nicer than the images, with spacious inside areas and was very clean and well equipped. The village is rural so a car is required, but Tar is only a couple of minutes drive. The village has a basic playground and a great fruit & veg stall.
The pool and outside areas are well maintained. Overall a fantastic stay with trips to Novigrad, Porec and various beaches well within 20 mins travel time. We would highly recommend and stay again.

We had 4 great days in this beautiful, very clean house with a super Pool. The house is in very small quiet town with a family selling their own fruits and vegetables next door. Very relaxing! The communication with the owner was fast and very friendly. Absolutely recommended!
