Really nothing hot water was late but it was sorted out quick and excellently.

It had all the basic toiletries. Very clean, bed comfortable and quiet room. Coffee/tea facilities in room very good. The breakfast was very nice and tasty.

Did not have breakfast as we left early before it was available. We were offered toast but chose to decline
Details stated wardrobe but it was just a clothes rail. TV was very hard to use. Bed was not comfortable at all. Creaking floorboards made us very conscious when using the bathroom which was external to our room. We did not feel that the host was particularly welcoming
