The bed was comfortable, the tv channel selection was good. The best part was that there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The toilet looked new. There was enough cooking equipment to use, however, I did find an unclean spoon with dried tomato sauce on it. A toaster would be a good addition. The host accommodated my early baggage drop-off.
The person I met on arrival spoke no French, Dutch nor English and just pointed to the room where the key was hanging. Cons: no wi-fi code on arrival; only one bath towel per person for an entire week; no info like restaurants, bakeries or stores nearby or places to visit; where to put the trash and recycle; had to search for the emergency number; no way to contact the host directly. Mosquitoes and spiders in the room; the worst part was at night and morning, there were scratching sounds in the wall behind the bed...I assume a rodent infestation.
