The beds were really comfortable with good pillows. The washroom and room were clean. When my friend fell, they offered us a bandage and medicine. When I requested a late checkout for 2 pm so that my friend could rest longer before we had to go to the airport, the manager Cameron allowed that and was very helpful.
They did not provide complementary bottled water in the rooms. You had to sign up for a Hampton thing to get free water, which I didn't want to. The speed bumps(cushions) are a hazard in the parking lot where the raised middle section is not marked and difficult to see at night, and my friend tripped badly and sprained her ankle.

Location was ok….hard to get out due to road construction. Speed bumps crazy huge and too many….over done!

Breakfast, and coffee was good. Room was comfortable, clean and modern.
We could hear all the traffic from the freeway, room had cold air blowing and couldn't turn it off. Heat couldn't be adjusted and its winter. A humming noise coming from within walls. Other guests also were talking about it in the elevator.
