Detached Villa 4 bed Duquesa with Private infinity pool close to port and beach

Fantastic pool. Very good layout with the property for 5 of us

Carpets on top floor a little grubby

It's a very substantial villa, bedrooms were nice and comfortable with ceiling fans, pool is large and newly tiled, air-conditioning on both levels, outside terrace and BBQ were very nice. Good location 15 mins to lovely beach

There were various things in the villa that were damaged, old and needing attention. The dining room chairs had all the seat cushions collapsed and bits of fabric dangling down from the chairs. The front gate is broken, the pedestrian gate buzzer didn't work, various lights and bulbs didn't work, the pool is lovely but the garden wall at the back of the pool desperately needs painting, there was a drinks fridge in the kitchen that is broken but still in sitúe. It could be lovely but it needs some attention in maintenance and decoration to get it up to holiday rental standard.
