Nice view of the Planai slopes, pet-friendly accommodation, and check-in available from 2:00 PM.
Immediately upon arrival, it was necessary to clean the entire bathroom and half of the room. There were glass shards on the floor, dried hair in the shower, old expired coffee capsules left in the coffee machine, cobwebs in the corners, and the cushions on the kitchen bench were dirty.
Overall, it looked as if someone had forgotten to vacuum during the room cleaning. If the room was not checked by senior staff, I perceive this as a systemic failure.
The pillows were so “flat” that it was barely possible to sleep on them. In a four-star apartment, the bathroom is equipped with only the most basic liquid soap.
The accommodation charges an extra €30 for a bed and bedding package – meaning that if I arrived with a sleeping bag, I would not have to pay this fee?
The room appears much larger in the photos than in reality, which I do not see as a negative, merely as a factual observation.
