About this house rental
Summary:
Guest house fully remodeled everything brand new! Sleeps 8 people with sofa couch and only 6 Minutes from downtown and 3 minutes from Fort Sam Houston military base. Easy access and off private parking. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. This area is not fully developed but it is up and coming. If you are looking into staying a is a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for.

Note: Please be advised that there's a Guest House at the back of the Main house that's also a separate vacation rental home.

2 blocks away from AT&T Center
Getting Around:
6 minute Uber/Lift drive to Downtown San Antonio. Easy access to metro buses
Other Things to Note:
> Please note that we only provide starter kits.
> Minimum age requirement to book is 21 years old
> Security Deposit: $300
> Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled.
> Kindly note that in addition to providing a valid ID and a picture of the last four digits of your credit card, you will also be required to submit a selfie.

The house was perfext for what we needed it for

The house was not very well kept. Portions of flooring were missing. It was not very clean. There was a trip hazard between the kitchen floor and the living room floor. Some light bulbs need to be replaced and the batteries in the remotes were dead. We had to buy new batteries to watch TV. The furniture was not very comfortable. The house is not in the best area.
