About this villa rental
Charming and cozy villa with lovely garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake, a short walk from Varenna.
Villa Perledina is a large pink villa prevailing the hill, enjoying spectacular views of the lake and the mountains, and is surrounded by a large landscaped garden with a jacuzzi, a swimming pool and some sun loungers. The ground floor lodge the living area of the house, featuring a large living room with a fireplace, a sofa, a TV, a dining table, a window offering a magnificent view of the lake, and the fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster. On the upper floor, guests can find two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. An additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower is located inside a dependance in the garden. A further bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.
*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot and a garage inside the property.
Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi are among the most famous points of interest in the village, with their gardens, their beautiful landscapes and original furnishings. Varenna is the ideal place for a walk along the lake, its old town is famous for its peculiar alleys and the Walk of the Lovers, which connects the pier with the village. On the promontory overlooking Varenna you can also visit the Castle of Vezio, dating back to the second century BC, from to admire a 360 degree view. Overall very nice place except for the garden room. The shower stall was 2 feet x 2 feet with a shower curtain -- impossible to shower effectively without the shower curtain sticking to you. Eight of us therefore needed to use the one shower in the main house. We also needed to deal with a few bugs and a scorpion inside the garden room. Great pool/jacuzzi area and easy access to town (if you're even modestly fit -- there is a cool little steep path up to the property).

This home is magical. Waking up every morning to see the breathtaking views of the lake are what dreams are made of. The check in process is a breeze. The house was extremely tidy. The bathroom upstairs was spacious, with a great shower. The pool was an added bonus, and unusual in the area. It was great to swim in the warm afternoons to cool off before dinner. I would definitely return! Just be warned the trek up the hill is intense, especially with luggage. We definitely got our workouts in. But would do it again in a heartbeat. Love this dreamy pink house on the hill.

We just loved the house, the grounds, the decor, the location…all of it. The view is so beautiful it’s hard to describe. Federica checked us in and recommended a terrific restaurant too.
