We wanted a detached individual space not attached to anything so our dog would be comfortable as he is sensitive to noises. The last time we were in SLO we stayed with him at a hotel and we did not get any sleep. This tiny home was awesome! It's comfortable, clean, and easy. It has two good size bedrooms. Comfortable beds and has a comfortable living space where you can hang out and watch TV. We felt like we were at our own home. It was quiet at night and we all slept well. It's a good location and close to everything Cal Poly, Public Market, Beaches not too far. For us it was perfect. Easy to get in/out and easy to keep tidy.
It would have been nice to have a sponge.

I had an access code. Also host was very accommodating to our needs for an 3 pm check in since we need to change cloths for a family event that started at 4 pm.
I would have liked to know that the coffee machine was specifically a single use Kuerig rather than a "make a full pot" style coffee maker. The Bathtub didn't hold water and the GFI breaker kept tripping in the bathroom which made it impossible to use a hair dryer and a curling iron. The host was grateful I had mentioned these issues during our stay.

I love this location - easy access to downtown SLO and Cal Poly; close to shopping and restaurants of Madonna Rd, and Trader Joes. Properties are always cleaned and well maintained.
Limited parking for more than 1 car (or having an in-town visitor).
