Great view, homely feel, proximity to the swimming area, good kitchen equipment, washing mashine, street parking, friendly neighbours, good communication with staff, supermarket close, we saw dolphins!

The beds were really comfortable and we had a beautiful sea view. The location and parking were good with public transport and supermarket/take away options in easy reach. There were also plenty of cooking utensils and crockery (although an extra frying pan or two would have been useful). Overall most everything you need for a few nights stay were provided!
The showers ran very hot or very cold despite the settings so no adjustment was effective and the main shower not practical for a taller person . And the sofa was quite flat and uncomfortable.
