The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. It has almost everything you need (there is no iron). The location is perfect - it's a 10-15 min walk from the train station and just a 5 min walk from Porto Vechcio. From windows on one side you can see the lake and it's really nice. On the other side there is a small street. Downstairs there are cafes so it can be loud in the evening. But it closes usually around 21:00.
The bathroom needs some hangers for towels. And it would be convenient if there was a coat rack somewhere near the entrance door. The coffee maker is pretty small. So if you like your coffee big (I do! especially in the morning), you need to make couple of rounds (for more than 1 person). It was not a problem for me, but the apartment is on the 3rd from and there is no lift unfortunately

Excellent location, nice flat.
AC was not so good unfortunately. On a hot day it is uncomfortable that you have high temperature ín the flat. Has to calculate with it.

Lokalizacja – rewelacyjna. Widok z okna tak piękny, że człowiek odruchowo robi zdjęcia nawet przy porannej kawie. Mieszkanie przestronne, z dużą ilością szaf i wygodnymi łóżkami, a klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju zapewniała komfort w upalne dni.
Miasteczko i klimat nad Gardą mają w sobie tyle uroku, że wiele potrafią zrekompensować. Trzeba jednak mieć świadomość, że to nie jest standard ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – raczej przyjemne miejsce z kilkoma niedoskonałościami, które przy odrobinie cierpliwości i dystansu nie psują ogólnego wrażenia. Generalnie polecamy.
Podczas pobytu trafiliśmy na kilka drobnych „charakterystycznych elementów wystroju” 😉. Drzwi w łazience postanowiły prowadzić własne życie i nie chciały się domykać, futryna wyglądała jakby marzyła o odłączeniu od ściany 😅, a wieszak na ręczniki… cóż, był już po przejściach.
Na cały ponad tygodniowy pobyt dla pięciu osób dostaliśmy tzw. „pakiet startowy” – jedną rolkę papieru toaletowego i dwa worki na śmieci po 60 l (przy koszach 120 l) - to spore wyzwanie dla pięciu osób 😂. W opisie obiektu była mowa o jednej tabletce do zmywarki i jednej do pralki, ale najwyraźniej wybrały się w podróż przed naszym przyjazdem.
Oczywiście, przeżyliśmy bez problemu, ale to był nasz pierwszy raz na takich zasadach. Do tego podłoga wymagała trochę więcej serdeczności ze strony mopa. To drobiazgi, ale przy dłuższym pobycie zaczynają się kumulować. Szkoda, bo wystarczyłoby naprawdę niewiele, by całość była w pełni komfortowa.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, oben in der Stadt. Schöne Aussicht aus einem der Schlafzimmer auf den See. In kurzer Entfernung ein schönes und günstiges Café. Nachts sehr ruhig. Kurzer Weg zur Uferstraße oder dem kleinen Hafen. Auf dem Rückweg ein kleiner und etwas steiler Fußweg.
Es war nur eine angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier im Bad. Die Seifenspender am Waschbecken und in der Dusche waren nicht aufgefüllt.
Eine Kaffeemaschine als Ausstattung in der Küche wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
Leider erhielten wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage kein zweites Bettlaken.
