It was a very nice place to stay with adequate space for a family vacation. The area was very centric, close to everything. We didn’t have to drive anywhere further than 15 minutes.

very clean. it was only a mile from Paper Tiger, and very close to everything we had on our list to do for the weekend. the park at the end of the block is nice, my dog loved it. it felt like we lived in San Antonio for the weekend and had had me considering moving there. the beds were very comfy. planning on making this our stay every time we come to San Antonio, but parking is tight so we will be bringing my sister's car next time instead of my expedition... pots and pans and knives and plenty of towels and soaps, pillows, extra blankets, even the chairs at the kitchen table were comfy. some people had commented they didn't like the neighborhood. when I read that I didn't know if they meant it was sketchy or if it was like right on highway. it's a dead end street, so there's not much traffic. it's a real neighborhood, everyone waved and said hi, and many folk of the street had lovely flowers, but it's not like a fancy schmancy neighborhood, but I felt safe walking my dog at 2am and it's very very quiet and homey to me.

the last stair going down... it's a bigger drop than the rest of the stairs.

Easy access to downtown.

Can’t complain.
