Appartement et séjour exceptionnels. Un des plus beaux que nous ayons loué. L appartement est moderne avec une décoration sobre mais classe, bien équipé, avec des terrasses superbes et une literie de qualité. Le parking est privé et sécurisé. La vue exceptionnel. L endroit fin mars était très calme. Exposé soleil levant. Très bel accueil.
Rien tout était superbe. On serait bien resté… 7 jours, c était trop court. On se sentait vraiment chez soi.

La struttura vanta di un panorama veramente bello, tranquillità, ottima posizione, anche se non vicinissima al centro, ma 10/15 minuti a piedi e ci si arriva facilmente, le spiagge sono molto comode e vicine.
In poche parole una casa con tutti i comfort e staff super gentile e disponibile

+ Lage etwas abseits des Innenstadttrubels, dennoch in guter Laufnähe
+ Sehr nahe zum Ceasar‘s Beach und der Mole
+ Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer
+ Schöne Außenanlagen mit drei großen Terrassen
+ Geräumige Wohnung
+ Bequeme Betten
+ Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine
- Extrem schwierige Auffahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnung ( kaum machbar, wenn es nicht ein Kleinstwagen ist)
- Sehr hellhörig zur Nachbarwohnung
- Zimmertüren aus Glas und nicht abzudunkelnde Schlafzimmer
- Invasionen von Ameisen im Wohnbereich
- Interessante Ausstattung der Wohnung, Z.B. keine Weingläser, nur zusammengestückelte Tassen, aber Unmengen an Tellern, gebrauchter und dreckiger Spüllappen, ungeputzte und klebrige Küchenschränke
- Umständliche Müllentsorgung
- Kein Wäschewechsel trotz Ankündigung
- Regelmäßig auftretender Geruch nach Kloake
- Extrem unfreundliche Kommunikation mit der Verantwortlichen der Wohnung
- Fazit: wir hatten selten so sehr das Gefühl, dass unser Geld zwar gerne genommen wird, wir aber ansonsten nicht willkommen sind
