The idea of this little hotel is brilliant and we really appreciated the proximity to the town centre, the little kitchen and dining area and the outside courtyard. We especially liked, and used, the free storage lockers for storing our bike bags until our train later on in the afternoon.

The entry system mostly worked well, but our room had an extra door to access first, and it appeared to lock itself after we left our room to use the kitchen. Eventually we phoned the head office and got a pin number to access a key for the door that was kept in a keysafe. After that, we left the door on the latch, as it was not compromising the security of any of the rooms. Secondly, I paid for bike storage 3 months in advance, and had proof of it, but it was not accepted. Rather than continue to argue, we just took the bikes inside, as there was no one there to stop us!

Etablissement idéalement situé en centre ville, à proximité de la gare. Chambres confortables. Concept innovant avec les clés digitalisées (qui nécessite d'avoir un mobile chargé).

Dans ce contexte ultra digitalisé sans réception, les règles de l'hôtel, notamment pour le petit déjeuner, gagneraient à être communiquées par mobile également car on prête peu attention aux affiches sur les murs, surtout en cas d'arrivée tardive.
