Lamira Apartment is really well maintained and well managed - the apartment definitely met our expectations. The apartments are not huge but they are clean, safe and in a nice quiet suburban location. We were so impressed with Çaliş beach and really enjoyed our time in this area of Fethiye

Хорошие апартаменты, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи: электрические духовка, турка и чайник, газовая плита, множество различной кухонной утвари и приличная посуда. Вся техника работала абсолютно исправно! Уютные балконы, приятно поужинать или выпить аперитив. Множество разнообразных магазинов, кафе, пекарен, кофеен в непосредственной близости, а по воскресеньям в трех минутах ходьбы открывается замечательный городской рынок выходного дня. Сотрудник апартаментов Кемаль очень дружелюбный и вежливый!
Нужно понимать, что апартаменты расположены относительно далеко от моря, но это было известно заранее. Дорога к морю проходит мимо магазинов, кофеен, пекарен и баров, так что ходить было не в тягость. Совсем незначительный недостаток заключался в небольших неисправностях в душевой (немного болталась дверца и отвалился верхний крючок держателя для лейки)

Communication with the host, Kemal, was excellent - he was friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent Russian, which was a nice surprise. The apartment had basic kitchen facilities with dishes, cutlery, and appliances, which made it possible to cook (though no kitchen towel was provided). The air conditioning worked well and was very much appreciated.
The property has seen better days and could benefit from some maintenance and deeper cleaning. Housekeeping felt very surface-level. At the height of the season the price was a bargain, which in hindsight explains some of the shortcomings. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (beware that smoking is common and tolerated in Turkey), and we had to request a different one due to a mouldy shower cabin.
