The size of thr flat. The thoughtful touches in thr flat such as tea and coffee etc.
The flat especially the toilet is smelly. It seems to have been shut for a long time. The sofa was very dusty and caused me to snee multiple times. The decor was all "meubles de récup" and not cosy. No television. The floor covering attracts a lot of dust. The place has good potential but needs
to be done up properly.
