La taille et l'agencement de l'appartement, l'emplacement dans la vieille ville et sa zone piétonne, la proximité du parking, les restaurants et bars tout proches et la boulangerie quasi au pied de l'immeuble
Le seul petit petit petit truc moins sympa c'est l'arrière court (depuis la chambre) avec en plus une ventilation de restaurant que l'on entend si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte, sinon ras

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist top, und das Auto kann gratis im Parkhaus abgestellt werden, welches ein paar Dutzend Meter entfernt liegt.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet; Waschmaschine,Trockner, Fondue-Set, Küchenausstattung generell, Frottéewäsche, Bettzeug.
Es ist absolut ruhig, und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Direkt neben, unter und gegenüber liegen ein Kiosk, eine Bäckerei/Café und ein Restaurant, trotzdem ist es ruhig, und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Wir wurden persönlich und sehr nett empfangen.
Das Schlafzimmer geht zu einem Hinterhof, wo hinaus auch die Lüftung des unter der Wohnung liegenden Restaurants geht. Das könnte im Sommer mühsam sein; wir vermuten, man kann das Schlafzimmerfenster nicht offen lassen.

Excellent host, well equipped apartment, spacious and thoughtful little add ons to make my stay more comfortable.
The living room is hot with direct sunlight, doesn’t get cooler at night. Air conditioning in the bedroom is noisy.
