Very clean, warmed up quick when we put the heating on. Beds were comfy, good to have parking for two cars.
Only thing that was a problem was the lack of teatowel or handtowel in the kitchen, which was a bit of a pain.

Very clean, lovely garden, easy access with key box.
We only had three towels and there were four of us. No bath mat in bath and very slippy. Bath mat getting out of bath had no rubber in it and I slipped badly when I stood on it as floors tiled. Minor things.

The house is nice and spacious. The garden, with its apple tree, is lovely. The location is great, also for quick trips to London (e.g., from High Barnet) or to Harry Potter World.
The cleanliness was still okay. Overall, the house is in a very worn condition. The windows are particularly annoying; most of them can't be opened, which made for very bad air quality, especially in the hot weather. One window in the bedroom, however, can't be closed... This is also mentioned in many other reviews. It's okay if something breaks once in a while. But not repairing it for so long isn't okay.
