Appartement très récent, bien isolé et très bien chauffé ce qui était très appréciable à cette période de l'année.
Il est très bien situé : tout est accessible à pied, que ce soit les centres d'intérêt touristiques ou les commerces.
C'est très calme, le parking est à l'intérieur d'une cour sécurisée.
L'accueil est au top et l'appartement très propre.
Le balcon et la climatisation doivent être très appréciables l'été.
Un voisin qui parlait trop fort au téléphone en pleine nuit, mais ça ne s'est produit qu'une fois.
