Bien situé, tout près du bord du lac, à 10km de Radolfzell et sa gare, accessible facilement à vélo. Bonne literie (même si le lit superposé grince). Spacieuse pièce de vie. Bonne communication avec les hôtes. La terrasse et le jacuzzi doivent être appréciables pour ceux qui peuvent en profiter à la bonne période.
Il n'y a plus de chauffage au mois de mai, le fait que l'appartement soit en sous-sol avec un mois de mai pas chaud fait que nous avions 17° dans l'appartement, même dans la salle de bains ! C'est moyennement acceptable surtout pour se doucher. La température et l'humidité ambiante ne permettaient même pas aux serviettes de sécher. Dans ces conditions, nous demander de payer un supplément pour ajouter provisoirement un chauffage d'appoint était inapproprié.
