    The room was not ready close to noon and we returned in the evening. We had to take our luggage through back doors to the rear building without any assistance. We arrive to the room that was humid with a heater and a weak fan. No AIR-CONDITIONER. We had to sleep with both windows open hearing all the weekend noises. The walls were all naked plain white paint. The power outlet were all deep sockets that our adapters would reach. There was no iron, no coffee maker no kettle in the room. On the positive side the water was good for showering and the bedding was comfortable and clean.

    Please note that there is no mountain view for this hotel. It is near Interlaken West and not Interlaken OST, important to note when travelling via train. Staff is welcoming, friendly and provided assistance to us.
