Summary:
Welcome To Wine Country! We are so excited to host you in our newly renovated and professionally designed home! This five bedroom, three bathroom house fits 12 guests comfortably and will put you in a centrally location to enjoy all the Grand River Valley Wineries, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Strip, Lake Erie, Geneva State Park, and SPIRE Institute. Our hot tub is open year round too!
Parents!
We now feature a Pack n' Play for guest use.
No need to lug one along!
We are pet friendly!
The Space:
Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the lovely and quaint town of Geneva. With space for 12, including one king bed, four queens, and two twins, your whole crew will be able to comfortably share time together, but have enough space to chill out if needed too! Washer and dryer on site if you need it.
Cozy up by our electronic fireplace with your favorite beverage while reading a book or chatting with friends and family. There is even a desk space if you do need to get some work done. Roku TV with all the Apps and Spectrum cable to watch your favorite teams! And yes our hot tub is open year round!
Fully stocked kitchen with both French Press and drip coffee makers, you will have everything on hand you need to cook up some tasty meals and BBQ during your time here.
All clean linens will be prepared for you including bedding, kitchen, bath towels, extra blankets. Bathroom is stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash.
The front porch is a great place to sit out and watch the cars and people go by or hang out in the backyard in the evenings and make some S'mores at the fire-pit.

Parents - Pack n' Play is available and in unit.
Have pets? Perfect! We are pet friendly! The large backyard is a great place to be able to tie up the furry friend and let them run around =)

Guest Access:
You will have the entire house and yard to yourselves. The garage is currently not available to guests.
Plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 5 cars
Other Things to Note:
There are train tracks a couple streets away and a train does occasionally run at night. It usually doesn't bother guests. We do provide ear plugs, just in case.
Early Check in & Late Check out: At this time we cannot accommodate late checkouts or early check ins due to the time it takes to prepare the house for the next guests. Thank you for understanding! We do offer bag drop option if you need it!
Please respect our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours (10pm Sunday-Thursday, 11pm Friday-Saturday and Holidays)

We were very happy with our vrbo, it was as niceAs the pictures showed! Everyone was very comfortable and the size was perfect. The kitchen was amazing as well as the long table. A few of our concerns:We went to make coffee, the pot wasn’t clean and when I opened the filter area, it not only still had a used coffee filter inside , once I removed it, there was quite a lot of used grinds below the filter holder.There were no additional garbage bags at all. We had to purchase garbage bags.The tub spout in the downstairs bathtub is very loose and feels like it could fall off but we were careful.There is a roof leak and did leak on one of the beds, we did address it with the owner and it will be taken care .

Beautiful home close to a lot of local amenities. It is close to train tracks and trains do run throughout the night. They supply sound boxes in each room, Nohowever they do not supply plug in bricks for them, so if you intend to use them, make sure you bring extra bricks.
