About this apartment rental
Elegant and bright apartment with lake view, a few steps from the center of Bellagio and Villa Serbelloni.
The apartment, located on the third floor of a house accessible by stairs, opens onto the living area, consisting of a living room with a dining table, a sofa, an armchair, a television and a terrace, and an independent equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee maker and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as iron, washing machine, wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.
Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

We recently stayed 5 nights at the property. Below are our Pros and Cons. Pros Consistent and timely communication with Rental Company. All instructions were sent and very easy to follow. Amazing location and views of Lake Como with small balcony to sit outside and observe the hustle and bustle below. Fabulous proximity to all Ferries. Literally right outside the door and super easy to book. We used the Ferry every day to visit the nearby Villages of Lenno, Menaggio and Varenna.Full fridge and freezer along with oven and microwave.Heat worked great we used it several times during our trip.Very dark rooms for sleeping. Lots of extra blankets provided which were wonderful to have on hand. Cons The walk up is not for those with any mobility issues. It is 4 full flights of stairs and quite tiring even for us that are in good shape. The shower is tiny and has zero and I mean zero water pressure. Furniture is old and not very appealing…lumpy couch and dining chairs not comfortable for more than a few minutes of sitting. Overall this place is perfect for what we needed it for…views and proximity to Ferries as our daily mode of transportation.

This is the perfect location if you want to be in the center of everything. Very clean. Absolutely lovely. Our contact was very clear about car and parking info. She gave great recommendations on restaurants. We would rent again.

Great location. Property is just as shown. Amazing views and right in the perfect location!
We had a car, and parking is a big issue. Very difficult to find a spot to park.
