About this house rental
This bright and comfortably furnished holiday home is set on an elevated site overlooking Hjarbæk Fjord, offering stunning water views from inside the house, from the terrace, and across the large natural plot. The location provides a peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The spacious living room features a high ceiling and large windows, filling the space with natural light and creating an open, airy atmosphere. Adjacent to the living area is an open-plan kitchen with dining space and a cozy seating area with a TV. From the living room, you have access to three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second with a single bed, and a third with a bunk bed providing two berths. The living room also leads to a bright loft (hems) with three additional sleeping places, ideal for children or extra guests. The property sits on a large natural plot with plenty of space for outdoor games and activities. Covered terraces on both the east and west sides of the house are furnished with quality garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors regardless of the weather. This holiday home accommodates a maximum of 5 adults and 2 children, making it ideal for family holidays. Please note that rentals to youth or work groups are not permitted. This property is reserved exclusively for family holidays.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday home Skals VI! The house was spacious enough for our group of seven, and the garden was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together, Highly recommend this place for families!
