About this apartment rental

Cozy studio apartment in the heart of the city, a few hundred meters from the Two Towers and the university area.

The apartment, on the third floor of a building without an elevator, consists of a bright open space with an open kitchen equipped with all cooking tools and a dining table, and a sleeping area featuring a double sofa bed and a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Around 2 km from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is less then 20 minutes away by car.

As described. However, you can feel the springs in the mattress; might be the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Hot water was not turned on and directions for how to turn it on by host, when asked, were unclear. Good location near university and tourist spots.
