About this house rental
This charming 120 m² house in Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC.
- A utility room.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: single bed.
- Shower room with WC.
For added convenience: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 350 m² garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, close to the sailors' chapel (a listed monument in Brittany's cultural heritage inventory). You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Water sports, cycling, pétanque, basketball, tennis, climbing, horse riding, diving, fishing...
- Children's playground, children's riding school, Cap Armor activity club, sailing school...
- Numerous walks and departures from the house
- Boat departures for tours of Cap d'Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Ile de Bréhat...
- Visits to castles.
- The scallop festival.
- Tourist office in the town centre for further information.

- You can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or in the private outdoor car park (2 vehicles).
- Nearest train station: Lamballe (25 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard (40 min by car), Rennes (1h20), Nantes (2h20)

- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
