Recently built, new to the market our accommodation sleeps 8 adults.
Set within 2 acres of Chowdene Lodge. The outdoor space really sets this self-catering holiday aside from others. The enclosed grounds boasts a decked area patio and BBQ, dining/lounging furniture. More importantly a large children play area where adults can relax and watch children play for hours.
The Stables boasts a large reception room, open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room the house is ideal for large family gatherings or friends get-togethers. With a fully stocked games cupboard. Configuration consists of 2 master bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities and two twin singles bedrooms. Your complete the luxury get away awaits you!
Set within the small town of Lowfell Gateshead and within walking distance there are pubs, restaurants which will cater to any taste.
Whether you are travelling for a special occasion, an annual family get together or for business we are flexible to accommodate your requirements.
Easily accessible less than 10 minutes from Newcastle, Durham, and particularly close to The Angel of the North, Team Valley and Saltwell Park and Local National Trust Sights. We are only 15 minutes from the North East Coast with its fantastic sandy beaches.

Very enjoyable stay at this property. The house is lovely! Great space in the garden for the kids to play. We set up a badminton net and they used in daily. Good woods at the back of the property to walk and explore too! Perfect if you're wanting to head into Newcastle city centre and many of the local beaches.
Slight confusion on the beds when we arrived (6 adults and 3 children), as it there was one set of bedding short. However, Derek and Paula were quick on responding and sorted it very quickly.
The house was very clean, spacious and good to sit together as a family in either the kitchen or the sitting/lounge area.
We would only really suggest that there was a larger fridge for a family this size as we ate and drank mainly at home, so were tight for space in the fridge.
Would highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Property was lovely. Everything we needed for stay. Plenty plates, glasses and utensils in kitchen. Lots of room in lounge for us all. Bedrooms comfy and bathrooms lovely too with towels and nice hand wash. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely be back again soon.
