Lovely little house with garden and small balcony with lake view in the charming hamlet of San Bartolomeo.
The property is the dependence of a main house (common access). Reachable ONLY on foot, the cottage has a parking space in the village (about 500 m from the property). Surrounded by a well-kept, lush garden, partly shared with the main house and screened from it by a fence and hedge, it has a small balcony from which to enjoy a charming lake view. Tastefully furnished, it is ideal for those looking for an accommodation immersed in the tranquillity of the sunny village of San Bartolomeo.
Location: the house lies in the village of San Bartolomeo, a quiet and sunny hamlet in the municipality of Cannobio. The public beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes from the accommodation; an underpass near the public car park on the main road allows you to reach it safely. There is a small grocery shop in San Bartolomeo and it is a good starting point for walks. The lively centre of Cannobio, with its many bars, restaurants and shops, is about 3 km away.

The house is clean, modern and complete. It is located in a beautiful little village between old houses with a great view on the lake. The actual owner was very kind and helpful. The only thing is that the house was hard to find as the directions were not so clear. Also, the width of the bed could better be shown as it seemed more than 1.40 and requires specific bed linen. Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay.
