The perfect cottage for a stay surrounded by nature on the shores of a magnificent private pond! Relaxation, contemplation, and conviviality are on the agenda! Located in a typical old farmhouse, this beautiful stone building houses another cottage for 10 people (63G63447), a games room with a ping-pong table and foosball table, and a truly private reception room for 50 people, which can only be rented if both cottages are rented (information and rates available from the owners; cannot be rented separately). You'll enjoy a magnificent outdoor setting surrounded by nature, with a superb private pond and free access to fishing (from March to September)! The cottage comprises on the ground floor: - a living room with a fireplace insert - a kitchen - a bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with toilet - a laundry room On the first floor: - a bedroom with a double bed - a bedroom with two single beds - a bedroom with two single beds - a shower room - a separate toilet Wood storage room and bread oven are shared between both cottages. Please note: €1,500 deposit is required if renting both cottages plus a dining room.
