In the heart of the Massif du Sancy, at the limit of the Cantal and Corrèze, in a very quiet environment, come and discover this gite independent, fully renovated. On the ground floor, kitchen open to the living room (80 m²) with wood (free) stove, bath/shower, wc. On the 1st floor 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), shower/wc. Enclosed grounds. Private Wifi.Parking. Electric heating according to conso (maximum €60 / week). Shops and services in Tauves 12 km. Located 2 km from the dam of bort for fishing. Bathing at the Château de Val at 25 minutes. Stations of the Bourboule and Mont-Dore. Randos SP. Bakery 3 times/week to 500 m to the town. Special rate cure: €900 3 weeks off during the school year.
