Located in a small hamlet of producers of St Nectaire, near a working farm, this house offers on the ground floor: a kitchen open to the dining room with wood stove (wood offered), a cellar, a toilet and a garage. On the 1st floor: a living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a bathroom with shower and bath, an independent WC, a laundry room and access to a covered terrace. On the 2nd floor: relaxation area and a bedroom (3 90x200 beds). Heating package: 70 € / week. Services and shops at 5 km.
