Once part of château life, this historic outbuilding has been fully restored with refinement and authenticity. Behind its storied walls lies today a spacious (425 m²) and elegant holiday home designed for your comfort. It features 6 refined bedrooms, including a true master suite, 4 bathrooms, bright living areas, a welcoming games room, a sunny terrace, and a large enclosed garden – perfect for children.
In summer, relax on the terrace, surrounded by the whisper of the forest. In winter, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in a cozy, intimate atmosphere. All year round, reconnect with nature and explore the marked trails of the Saint-Hubert forest directly from the house.
The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and inspiring. Whether for a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a seminar in nature, you will immediately feel “at home.”

Highly recommended. We spent 10 days at the Dependences der Roumont with the extended family (13 persons). We had a great time. The house is very spacious and the host is very welcoming. Hiking trails start right behind the house. The garden has swings for the kids in an enclosed garden. Weather permitting we had a nice time BBQ in the yard and making a fire in the fire pit.

Vriendelijk onthaal. Impressionant gebouw met alle faciliteiten. Wanneer we toekwamen hadden we wel wat moeite om het huis te vinden omdat er niet de minste straatverlichting is en het huis is een beetje in de diepte. De dame heeft ons wel geholpen. Wat betreft het adres, misschien goed te melden dat we op de N40 zijn dat beter gekend is door GPS.
