My dad and I stayed for 3 nights here. Bryan gave us easy to understand directions in locating the property and using the lock on the back door, which worked smoothly each time. Parking on the street was always easy. Bryan responded immediately when we requested a kitchen item and put it in the mailbox within 30 minutes. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were people above us each night and the sound comes through the ceiling clearly - just something to be aware of. We slept well. We enjoyed watching the planes but did not hear them from the bedrooms. The noise was minimal in the living room as well. There are heat/air units in each bedroom and the living room. We couldn’t get these to work well - but it was most likely not the fault of the units or remotes - just operator error.😊 The weather was temperate so it wasn’t a problem. The kitchen was well supplied and thoughtfully had basic condiments and spices. We were very grateful for the coffee and filters that were available too! We watched the sunsets each night out the floor to ceiling windows. The location was central to everything in San Diego and I will choose to stay here as my first choice when I return. My second choice would be any property that Bryan manages. We were well taken care of!

Best place to stay if you’re attending a MCRD graduation. You’re able to see it from the living room window. Home had everything you needed and parking was always available. Shops, restaurants, old town, little Italy, gaslamp district was a quick 5 min drive away. We had the best time.
