La posizione è ottima. Ad un minuto a piedi dalla stazione di Pegli e dal lungomare. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono bar, panifici,.. Il vicolo è tranquillo. L'appartamento ha una vista stupenda che da sola vale il soggiorno. Nell'appartamento ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici come da descrizione, il bagno è abbastanza grande e provvisto di phon. Il letto è un divano letto ma io che sono alta quasi 1,80 cm ci ho dormito benissimo.
I 4 piani di scale si fanno sentire se li fai più volte al giorno ma sono segnalati e per la vista ne vale la pena.
