A very smooth stay, needed a phone call to get the codes but very helpful staff sorted the emails out promptly and efficiently.
Great location for a city break, and plenty of independent shops
Only minor things such as wishing Id brought my own shower gel and lots of steps to the higher rooms

Location and clean. Washing machine and drier. Warm.
Nexding too small for the bed. Blind and cupboard door falling off. Had to ask for cutlery. No teabags. Bicycle in the way of the washing machine.
