Large apartment, nicely equipped and recently renovated. Beds were comfy, the kitchen well organized. Not far from the city center - 10/15 mins walk. Overall it was a good stay, we had a cot and the property was responsive to my messages which is always nice.
Parking in the street can be found, but I would not be 100% confident to find it nearby.
The living room is right on the main street. The check-in is funny, you collect the keys on one side of the building and then you go to another street to get in. Not difficult, but you need to work around a bit.

L'appartamento era ben attrezzato di elettrodomestici, capsule omaggio per caffè a colazione, pulito e comunque si nota una certa attenzione e cura nell'arredamento per abbellire l'ambiente.
Il fatto che sia al piano terra con altezza minima da quasi semiinterrato, il bagno non finestrato ricavato nel sottoscala possono mettere in difficoltà per odori non graditi, l'aspiratore non è purtroppo sufficiente; le tubature del riscaldamento a vista rendono l'ambiente poco ordinato. Suggerirei assolutamente di valutare installazione condizionata per sopperire ai limiti oggettivi dello stabile.
