Gentilezza e cortesia del personale della reception sia telefonicamente che di persona, posizione della struttura, ampiezza appartamento, prezzo competitivo, presenza della piscina
Si sentono voci e rumori dagli altri appartamenti, elemento disturbante soprattutto di notte (anche se le persone dovrebbero usare il buonsenso e l'educazione e parlare a bassa voce dopo una certa ora)

De ingang om met bij de appartementen te komen met de auto was zeer slecht veel diepe kuilen en gaten.En de pad van de parkeerplaats naar de appartementen was ook niet beste Zwembad was ook veel minder dan het andere bij de andere appartementen Het ging
